Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at this resort was quite the mixed bag. The location is nestled nicely among beautiful mountains, making for some scenic views. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the pools were a major highlight. However, the dining options left much to be desired, and the service could be more attentive, especially during meals. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but there are definitely some bright spots worth noting.
I had a fantastic time at this hotel, which surprised me positively after a few hesitant moments. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous landscapes around and the hotel exudes charm. The staff were lovely and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family. Although we encountered a few initial hiccups regarding our room allocation, everything was sorted promptly. The pool area was a big hit with my family, and the value we received was excellent, particularly with so many entertaining activities for the kids.
I was really disappointed with my stay at the hotel, which didn't match its advertised status. The rooms were, at best, basic and sometimes even unpleasant. While I did appreciate some aspects of the food and facilities, overall the dining experience was subpar, especially for those with specific tastes. The staff was hit or miss, with some being friendly but others less so. The entertainment and activities could also use more variety, especially for families looking for a bit more engagement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff were lovely and really attentive, especially Erkan, who truly made an effort to engage with guests. The room was clean and had a great view of the pools, but the dining experience fell short due to limited options and some food not being fresh. Overall, I felt the value for money was decent, considering some amenities were lacking.
We had a wonderful family holiday, enjoying spacious accommodations and a nice variety of pools. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, but we did face some issues with the dining options and experienced a bit of a sick incident during our stay. Overall, it was great value for money and we appreciated the various excursions available nearby.
